Over its 1,600m2 surface, the Spa offers an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Kneipp Path, a hydrotherapy complex, sensory showers, an ice waterfall, a steam room, a sauna, a gym and several treatment rooms. A total of 18 spaces created by Clinique La Prairie for a global offer with beauty booths, a relaxation area, a wellness suite, Thai massage rooms and a photo-stimulation booth.
A spacious, comfortable and luxurious Spa, with bay windows highlighting the site and a series of skylights. A luminous atmosphere reinforced by portholes with oblong shapes that illuminate the path leading to the treatment booths. Enjoying the microclimate of Montreux with its mild winters and sunshine, not to mention breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps and Lake Léman, the Spa stands out as a world in its own right.

Three musts by the spa
Cryotherapy is part of the high-tech wellness menu at Clinique La Prairie. A technology that uses cold as a repair tool by using nitrous oxide. The whole body is positioned in a chamber to create an extreme cold exceeding -130°C and down to -190°C. A cryotherapy session lasts only three minutes but can consume up to 300 calories while treating tissue damage and inflammation, but also promoting cellular rejuvenation and improving the skin's appearance, the recovery after physical efforts or surgeries.
The exclusive anti-aging facial treatments offered by Clinique La Prairie aim for visible, immediate and lasting results. The cosmetics related to these treatments intend to actively regenerate the skin and prevent premature aging. The production of new cells in full form is stimulated and specific skin problems are corrected. The perfect synergy between high quality formulas and high technology, that offer a young and naturally radiant face.
Hydrafacial is the star face treatment in the United States. It uses patented Vortex technology to create a highly effective blend of hydradermabrasion and treatments using a combination of acids (glycolic, salicylic, lactic and hyaluronic) and antioxidant serums that deeply cleanse, exfoliate and protect the skin. Clinique La Prairie offers a ninety minute treatment that includes a facial lymphatic drainage massage and a collagen mask. It reduces wrinkles and fine lines, treats congested and dilated pores and hyperpigmentation, and is therefore an excellent treatment for oily or prone to acne skins. Thus, 25 cooks are busy cooking up a menu that is rich in discoveries and very diversified, but also to meet special requests. The clients can, on the dieticians and nutritionists’ advice, compose their own menu, the idea being they feel “at home”. “In all our programs and areas of activity, we offer a ‘base’ to our customers. We then make an assessment and discuss a lot with them to adapt this base according to their wishes, tastes, fitness, but also their expectations and personal goals. Always within the limits of what is good for their health.”
