This is why a gym, sports activities and coaches are an integral part of the establishment. Thus, many options are proposed. Each client benefits from a personalized program based in particular on their age, expectations, pathologies and physical condition. Private coaching session, aquagym classes, group sports classes, everything is possible to add a fun aspect to your stay. It is also a way out of the routine and of course to meet specific needs such as a mobility problem or overweight. The fitness room, equipped by Technogym, has the latest state-of-the-art machines. Connected screens are used intuitively like a smartphone. The My Wellness app offers the possibility of interactive sessions between guests and coaches, monitoring the activity, performance, progress of each one.
The proposed activities are various and varied, and always customtailored, ranging from TRX to Pilates, through Yoga or Fly yoga, boxing... Here too, nature comes into play. The room is bathed in light and open to the outside, and a large terrace allows outdoor sessions, not to mention the Crossfit course in the gardens. The clinic also offers different original outings. On the menu: walks in the mountains or in the vineyards around Montreux, or paddle on Lake Léman. So many assets for an essential fitness whose benefits also result from teamwork between coaches, nutritionists and physiotherapists.
A program that responds to people who experience pain or discomfort that prevents regular physical activity and pleasure. Its purpose is to motivate clients to pursue their favorite activities by helping them regain their energy. The source of the pain or discomfort is targeted before being treated through dedicated sessions in order for the clients to be able to exercise with ease and pleasure. A tailor-made one week program, developed following a medical visit, with a daily follow-up and completed with two evaluations, at the beginning and at the end of the stay, with a rheumatologist and a physiotherapist. Sport training sessions, fitness classes and water aerobics are also on the program.
An exclusive two-week program focusing on weight management and based on a multidisciplinary approach under the supervision of a nutritionist, a dietician, a sports coach, a psychologist and a beautician. Medical check-up, stress test with cardiological consultation, sports activities (fitness and water aerobics), personalized exercise program and psychological support are particularly involved in this results-based program, which implements a balanced approach to food. The goal is to regain energy and inner peace so that the body and mind can function in total harmony. If the results are visible during the stay, the goal is also to teach the client to maintain these results in a sustainable way and to achieve their objectives of weight management in the medium and long term.
